Auntie Koko’s URBAN Trailer PARK

An art installation/art colony using 1950′s/60′s vintage travel trailers,  including  a mix of Boles Aero, Shasta Deluxe, Airstream and a few canned ham’s. The trailers will be positioned on or in a 10,000 square foot space with a common area Airstream Bath House with 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room and tv lounge. Each trailer will have a 600 square foot “pad” that can be used as an outdoor space. Electrical hookups will be provided for each trailer. Estimated rent: $250 – 800/month

2000 square feet of open art studio space will be provided to trailer park tenants as well as the art and design community at large.  The space  includes a wood shop, metal shop, art studio space, classes, performances, events and more! Members can join the space at a variety of levels depending on their needs. ART DEPARTMENT provides a space for designers and artists to work together to prototype new products, innovate, collaborate and create together.
