KOKO’S TRAILER PARK

An art installation/affordable living project using decked out retro camping trailers and the finest in faux landscaping. 6-8 Shasta style trailers will be positioned on a 10,000 square foot lot with a common area Airstream Bath House including  2 full bathrooms, a laundry room and tv lounge. Artists will be invited to build out each camper and have the first option to rent it out.

The camping trailer homes are retrofitted with the latest energy efficient materials, improved insulation, a small omposting toilet and a propane tank.

Electrical and water hookups will be provided for each trailer.
